Regardless of how high your KD is. The closer your assists are to your kill count says a lot.

My hunter is the character I tend to go H.A.M with in the crucible. Im top 3% in kills and top 2% for assists on that character according to dtr. As far as my K/D im above average, due to not resetting my characters like some chose to do a bit ago. I have a Titan and Warlock as well but tend to not use them in pvp much so their stats are sub par.
