This will be my second time posting on here I don't have an email or anything to contact Bungie so please help what's happening is really making this game less enjoyable.. I would really like to upgrade my new primary weapon but I can't without weapon parts I've dismantled several weapons these last few days and have got no weapon parts I've checked everywhere vault, postman, inventory and I've got none please help me fix this issue.
