only 2 out of 3 characters have the Exotic Class Items for the collector edtion
so my hunter and titan got the items (cloak, shader ...etc ) except my current warlock .
FYI that this warlock I made after deleting the previous level 3 one , I don't how the it works if its limited to only three packages per account and I consumed them all or it's will be waiting regardless of how many characters you delete .
