Where in the update for the release of TTK did they say that all the exotics were going to be available on release?

Where in the update for the taken King did they say all strikes would be released? I mean they didn't definitely state we would get the content advertised when the expansion came out. We shouldn't have assumed I guess. My point is, we shouldn't have to expressly find a quote saying "no, we aren't -blam!-ing you over in this section of the game".

I personally don't have a problem with time gated quests/exotics. It gives me new things to do further down the road. I can see how the grinders get upset though as they can't have everything in a couple days time. But at the same time those same people who grind and grind to get everything as soon as possible are usually the ones that say that they are bored with the game and there's nothing to do.
