They need to fix this. Players are getting so pissed off they're quitting over it. I don't mean rage quitting then trying again the next day. I mean they've moved on to doing something else other than Destiny. What's made it worse is that in an earlier post Deej said that they respect the player's time. This was just before HOW launched. Now we have a worse RNG system that eats up even more of our time and leaves many players with a sense of futility. What happened to that respect?
