I bought 2 Legacy Engrams off Xur, hoping to get the last year 1 Exotic missing from my collection; the Fourth Horsemen. I know it'll only be the Year 1 version with 150 Attack, but it would allow me to buy the Year 2 version with Legendary Marks, if I wanted. Except, I didn't get the Year 1 version from either of those engrams. Instead, I got TWO Dreg's Promise. Probably the shittiest Exotic in the game, the last Elder Cipher weapon I got, which I already dismantled weeks ago to free up Vault space. To get it once when I'm only missing the Fourth Horsemen is stupid enough... but twice in a row is flat-out ridiculous. Now, I'm out of Strange Coins, so I have to wait until the next time Xur sells the special weapon Legacy Engrams, or otherwise has the Year 2 Fourth Horsemen in stock. I hate you, Master Rahool. Petition to add an Emote that allows you to throw Master Rahool off the side of the Tower in which he screams all the way down.
