Important - AC Syndicate - Performance

Not surprising tbh. I'm pretty sure a site reported that there was a game coming out that felt pretty raw and this seems like it fits the bill. It sounds like they've cleaned up the game quite a bit from Unity but sounds like they are experiencing the same issues but not as frequent this year.
