I just wanted to make a post to bring up the Fabian Strategy. It's the Titan exclusive exotic that is received upon the completion of a Gunsmith quest upon reaching rank 3 with him. It's exotic perk is supposed to increase accuracy and fire rate while enemies are close by. However, the increase to both are negligible and barely existent. Search up any YouTube video regarding the Fabian Strategy and it'll talk about how it is terrible. How it's an amazing assault rifle that takes up an exotic slot with no good exotic perk, thereby negating any good it would do. Please Bungie, buff the Fabian Strategy, I think the gun is amazing and would love to be able to use it viably
