Best scout rifle?
What do you consider the best scout rifle in the game? If it's rerollable what are the best perk combo? Does it work in pve, pvp or both?
EDIT: I made this before ttk and I still see it appear in the recents. Good to see there's a lot of variety in opinions

1 RespuestaEveryone's gonna say hung jury, and granted, it is a good weapon. However, my focus is PvP and I found a true gem with the "Not Like the Others" from vanguard quarter master. It's got: - Same impact/rof as the jury - Slightly less stability (although the recoil pattern is very manageable, don't need/recommend a stability perk) then jury - Crowd control (increased damage after a kill) - Reactive reload (increased damage once you reload after a kill) - Feather mag (maxes out reload) - And yes... Crowd control and reactive reload DO stack Add scout rifle loader gauntlets and you have a serious force to be reckoned with NLTO > HJ :)
