"Chance of getting gear/items you havent gotten before" is absolutely not working
I have ranked up my Dead Orbit quite a bit since TTK, but what they keep giving me is the Dead Orbit helmet, not to mention I get a lot of repeats from the Raid as well.
Did you guys not say that you were adding a factor that would give us rewards that we havent gotten yet and have less repeats?

I've had the helmet 5 times and gloves twice and a gun (that rolled at 275 - I'm at 299 light) I've also gotten 4 primary exotic engrams. 3 rolled tlw, 1 rolled hawkmoon (which I already had equipped bc I bought it from xur) Thanks bungie!
