Trouble with the Collector's Edition Preorder bonus

Help desk, I'm a purchaser of a Digital CE for TTK, and had paid my pre-order in full on June 22nd, prior to the announcement of the alternate upgrade paths for TTK. I had pre-ordered the game via Gamestop's online store, and I believe my opportunity for extra goodies has been missed, as I have yet to receive any notification of the additional silver or package of emotes. I have a digital copy of my receipt showing purchase in full that I'd be happy to forward to whomever is necessary. Please advise, and thank you for your continued support of the game I love.
