Missing Collector's in game items
So making this again since Bungie keeps passing up an answer to my problem. When I installed the digital collector's items my Hunter and Warlock received their specific emotes, shaders, etc, but for some reason my Titan did not. On PS4 once it's installed you can't redownload the items again, so any help Bungie could give me as answer would be great please. Thanks in advance for the help.

If i delete my current Titan and make another would it cause the collector's package to finally show up? I could really use a solution here Bungie. I did pay for the items it would be nice to finally get them on all of my characters since that was the purpose of buying them. I've tried the solutions you guys had posted on this forum and a couple of kind guardians have come in here and given suggestions to try and help. Nothing has worked thus far and its 4 weeks since I asked this question before in another topic I posted (3 weeks on this current one) and you just keep passing it over. Never have I had this much of an issue getting support from a company before. Any response would be much appreciated.
