Homemade ramen is the shit tho. Get that delicious pork fat broth. But using instant I usually throw in chilli oil, sesame oil (cuts the saltiness), narutomaki (this fishcake thing), sliced meat, beansprouts, and a soft boiled egg soaked in a sugar/soy sauce/ water mixture. I used to work in a ramen shop lol
