So my friend and I both have 45 calcified fragments. We turned in the 50 hadium flakes as well as doing the Undying mind part of the quest chain, then all of a sudden our quest chain is just dead. Edit: So I honestly forgot I had even made this post, but for anyone out there who still has this issue I can tell you that the solution for me was that it was telling me I had the correct amount of fragments(45), but it was including all characters so I had to go back and use a Youtube video to go through all the fragments on 1 character to actually reach the 45 number on that 1 character.
