(Numbers will be best guesses, cuz I don't remember exactly, but are really just to illustrate a point) So night before last, I was sitting at about 135 Discipline with a cooldown on my grenades of 37 seconds. last night, I managed to raise my Discipline to 148, but my cooldown went to like 42 seconds. I'm confused on how these stats/tiers work, and how to best take advantage of them. Can anyone explain this to me?
