Just how Moses led the Israelites on an Exodus out of ancient Egypt, the Arachs of Dead Orbit seek to lead the people out of this system and make for a new home somewhere among the stars. This is the foundation of the Moses Initiative. With your help, we will engage in all content in Destiny and make a home for anyone who flies the banner of Dead Orbit with pride. The ultimate goal for the clan is to subsume other fractious Dead Orbit clans on PS4 and gather them all under one roof, so to speak. Right now, I'm looking for anyone who is willing to help build this initiative into a functioning, attractive clan. I believe it can be done with the right foundation of guardians. The Arachs have tasked me with finding a few good guardians to take this responsibility. If you think you're up for helping me out, leave a comment or send me some mail. If you aren't a loyal member of Dead Orbit but happen to know a friend or two who are, let them know I'm open to all Dead Orbit supporters. Everyone can have a place here so long as they act respectfully, responsibly, and support the cause. I am not going to make any promises that you'll get help while leveling a new character but I will personally try and help you if you need it as I would hope others would help me in return. Dead Orbit is, at it's core, a family of dreamers and explorers, and so it is my dream to make a clan people can be proud to be a part of or at least happy to be in. The motto of the clan is simple, "Protect our people, defeat our enemies, prepare for the Exodus." To protect our people means to look out for one another and just play the game. We're all guardians here! We have great NPC's working hard to arm us for battle, we should keep working just as hard to protect them from the Darkness. To defeat our enemies means to do just that. Dead Orbit has many enemies, seen and unseen, that would like nothing more than to slaughter and enslave us. By doing Dailies, Strikes and Raids we keep the Darkness at bay for another day. To prepare for the Exodus means that we have to pool our resources and keep up on our training. The Crucible was created to keep our aim sharp, our wits sharper and our goals clear. As we will one day guard the fleet, right now we guard the City and train for the worst enemies possible. I hope this has been of interest to you and I honestly want any other Dead Orbit "clans" to consider subsuming into The Moses Initiative. The more people we have, the better off we will be.
