Out of all players who have been flawless, less than 2% were actually legit. An easy over 85% cheated their way there. The remaining 13% were carried there.

Of course not, there a few people utilising exploits, but spouting some absurd number with absolutely no basis whatsoever is just pointless and undermines his point. In all my experience with trials, which isn't massive but fairly comprehensive I've run into a lag switcher once. The percentage of people using exploits like this will likely be less then 1% of the population, impossible for anyone other than bungie to know but with the millions that likely play trials the chances of the proportion being higher than that is small. Now the amount of people getting carried is much higher, but that's a different issue.

I gave up trials after the second week. Too many cheats. Besides, at that point, it was well established that trials gear wasn't the mark of elitism it was intended to be.

I haven't even tried it for those very same reasons. IB cheating/lagging is bad enough, I can't imagine what Trials is like. Based on the vids Ive seen it isn't good.
