Bungie, why don't the King's Fall Raid primary weapons have an elemental burn?
Vault of Glass:
-Atheon's Epilogue, Void
-Praedyth's Timepiece, Arc
-FateBringer, Arc
-Vision of Confluence, Solar
Crota's End:
-Abyss Defiant, Solar
-Oversoul Edict, Arc
-Word of Crota, Void
-Fang of Ir' Yuut, Arc
Bungie, please explain this. The raids have offered elemental primaries before... Even PoE and ToO offered (Adept) versions of primaries. Why the change?

My thoughts? Those elemental primary weapons only dropped in a HARD MODE raid. This is not a hard mode raid. There are "Harrowed" versions of the weapons, and i'm not sure how they work, or what they do. But I bet the Harrowed version of the primaries have elemental burns Please see link

There's a small sadistic part of me that hopes they never give us elemental primaries. Just to watch people wring their hands and act entitled. The rest of us enjoy variety and surprises. We understand there is no wrong formula and enjoyment depends on attitude. The way things have been done in the past is no indicator for future content. I also laughed at the people cried about Nightfalls now being something we don't have to rush to do. Life is much more pleasant when you don't allow change to freak you out so much.

They didn't want to give us weapons to help crush their precious game. They needed to find a way of dragging out game play because that's the best they had to offer. That's why so many of the Year 1 guns were left behind. The grind is the end all, be all for them. Anyone know of any new games coming out. I'll be done with Destiny soon, very soon.

Hard will have a new pool of weapons is my guess.
