Arc Blade was nerfed and is much easier to counter, seeing as how you have to be close to kill the enemy
Snipers aren't effective against HoS, because you will shoot them once and they run away
They can take rockets for days
(Every other super gets killed by 1 rocket)

Pretty useless considering there are no new high impact snipers that are legendaries.

Not true I have shot a few blade dancers with a rocket but they just kept coming
