I thought about this and other than the dreadnought and mars the Cabal really have no place in destiny. Obviously something will be done about this but my idea is that there is a psion, tired of the oppression and the loss of identity in the ranks of the Cabal warriors making him go insane. However.... He finds a dead ghost, somehow holding the essence of a past guardian inside the ghost, draining its light, the experiences in battle, and powers. He is now able to produce a flaming gun, which he uses to kill another guardian. Then takes his ghost, and another, and another until he is all powerful and rises up creating, the Order of the Monarch (he would be known as the monarch). I don't know theres more to what I have but I just want to here if the general idea behind this is good, and if you have suggestions what are they?
