I get it that it's a dumb thing to do, but if you are going to complain about it, then you haven't gotten to far into the raid, people recruit for golgoroth and warpriest at low light levels, start there don't jump straight to oryx, because oryx needs a full team of people around 293+ if you even want to hope to stagger oryx. I get people are going to say "I can't get to oryx to see it because people won't take me", look harder, I'm sure there was a team recruiting about the same time you were complaining about it.
