I wouldn't mind religious/atheist threads if they were a place for intelligent conversation and sharing of ideas. I myself am religious, while my friend is an atheist. We respect each other's point of view, and even have conversations explaining various aspects of our beliefs. Sadly, a majority of people here have no respect for anyone, and just want to argue and "prove they're right", not hear the other party out, and maybe learn something.
