I had just finished upgrading my sword as best I could and accidentally dismantled it right after. Stupid I know. So now that's done and I've farmed the materials to make another but neither Eris or Lord Shaxx have the quest chain available to let me make another. So my question and desperation is finding out 'HOW DO I GET TO MAKE ANOTHER ONE!?' I don't see "Broken Will" quest line and don't have the shard from Orix either. Knowing the answer to this will also help with those out there that want to change their mind which sword they chose.
