My buddy just tried to make his Titan Saints Helm with the Legendary Marks we got from playing today, when he made the item he said the icon showed up as if he had acquired it like normal, but when he checked his inventory to equip it it was not there. Not in his inventory, vault, mail carrier, other characters etc and his marks were consumed. He even logged in hopes maybe that would do something. Anyway, has anybody ran in to this at all? We are pretty bummed and trying to figure out what the deal is or if this is some obscure glitch/error and what can be done. At the very least this is a warning that this sort of thing can even happen in the game, I was doing mental gymnastics trying to figure out what he could have done but it just doesn't make sense.
