Faction Reward Package not at Postmaster
I ranked up my Dead Orbit faction reputation from level 4 to level 5 on my level 34 Hunter while doing the Veteran's Tour quest at the Tower (in TTK).
After I ranked up, there was no faction reward package at the Postmaster.
Is this a known defect with TTK? Are there additional prerequisites to earning faction reward packages now?
