There's apparently 13 new Ghosts, as my friend has 90 total Dead Ghosts found. However, he won't tell me where the other two are, and it doesn't seem like anyone else knows of these others.

I've seen someone with 111 ghosts yet his grimoire is no higher than the max. I think some ghosts were able to be picked up multiple times.

That would make sense... I remember picking up the Ghost in the Endless Steps twice before.

No, but maybe a little misguided. He just recently showed me one of the two he found, but it was a Ghost that was already in the vanilla game that we both apparently hadn't found already. I don't truly believe that, though, since I remember having all 77 Ghosts since House of Wolves. I'm pretty confused, lol.
