This is how ive always done it and works great... go left, destroy add's but leave 1 dreg alive. Have 2 people jump on the platforms/columns in front of the door he comes out (Rocket launchers out). 1 person with Arc Shotty (I use 4th horse) kill dreg and go to side of door he comes out. As soon as he runs out i shotty off his shield and run left, other 2 burn with rockets and kill him... run left kill adds.. repeat... profit.
