But it's the way Bungie has told him to do it that's to blame I know. The person that approved it should be fired, as they've 1: upset a lot of the players, 2: possibly put shame on Nolans career, and 3: made themselves look complete dumbass'. Bungie have been really disrespectful to Dinklage too by taking him out all together.
