What is your raiding experience?
So, today we had the first clan raids, first normal mode Crota and then hard mode Vault of Glass. Through this I have found out that some in our clan have yet to get the chance to raid or have had little experience.
To help fix this, I would like to get some feedback from both the clan members and the normal group members on how much raiding experience they have had in Destiny, what raids they have done if any, and how comfortable they are with learning mechanics and taking helpful criticism.

According to my account I've completed the vault of glass 18 times and Crotas End 16 times. I could've sworn I've done more than that but that only takes into account completions rather than runthroughs for gear. You can say I'm pretty experienced and I enjoy using the relic and bearing the sword whenever I can. I'd love the opportunity to run raids with more of our inexperienced members looking to just have a good time and learn the mechanics of the raids.

I find that if you have 1 person that knows the raid from front and back it's a breeze to follow orders and beat. If you are having second thoughts though make all people in the party take 5 minutes to read a quick guide that goes over the strat so everyone is on the same page. People hate reading but it's the fastest way to get everyone on the same page and have a good time while still not wasting more than 30 minutes on Crota.
