Is the PostMaster more unpredictable than regular mail?
It was annoying enough to have to wait for Variks to get around to summoning you after delivering him a Queen Cipher, but the lack of deliveries for prepaid content is really annoying. No focused light, no TTK collectors edition content. Does Bungie need to institute tracking numbers or what?
