Hey guys I'm not here to whine or complain but in the link to one of my posts from June I had an idea for an exotic scout rifle. In my post I described an exotic gun having two perks that you could switch between, as well as a perk that on precision shot caused the victim to explode/flashbang his allies blinding them for a short amount of time. The [b]Hereafter[/b] an exotic sniper rifle in TTK has a perk that is very similar to that.
