Field Scout broken?
The year one perk field scout, is broken? All my weapons that have that perk have no effect from it when equipped. My Vanquisher VIII has field scout on it bringing the mag up to 42, but even when equipped, this perk does nothing.
If this is a bug, I'm hoping it does get fixed soon, but I'm not sure whether or not it was intentional to get us off Year 1 weapons or what. Anyway, worth the ask

No, they "fixed" it to be more like the year 2 perks. Check out the 2.0 update from yesterday, it lists the changes in more detail
