Will the new loot system be in affect today ( September 8th)?
As we have heard from Bungie previously there will be a new loot system going into effect there the items you are missing will have an increase in drop rate compared to the items you already have. Will this system be in effect during patch 2.0 ( the crucible overhaul) or will this be something that will come only with the taken king?
