Even if it was a billion people ruling each other;
As long as there are people ruling above others
AND
People stocking up resources for themselves
It will always be messed up.
An right now its basically 15,000-50,000 people that rule over 7,400,000,000 people
And the 15k-50k have ALL THE RESOURCES ON EARTH at their disposal.
