It should be Teen and it is teen in the states. I know it's mature in Australia and maybe other places. But there's no blood, no sex, no drugs. Teenagers can handle aliens with guns and swords. Don't get me started on curse words either. If you've ever had to work with teenagers you would know they have no problem using the F word. 12 and under should definitely not play destiny though because they're not old enough and they're voices are extremely annoying to say the least.
