I disagree for me I played gta before grade school and I'm a normal man of society I go to college almost everyday of the week I do understand that it is a problem and I blame the parents they think everything their kids do is funny I knew that if I didn't listen I would get in trouble kids now a days tell their parents to shut up and do whatever they want that's the problem

I stayed up all night on school-nights playing Vice City. As long as it doesn't negatively affect my kid and they're not a prick and cussing, they can play whatever they want.

Basically as long as the kid is mentally stable and understands it's just a game and people take priory over games and devices
