On the mark thing, if you have extra marks theyre gonna be change to commondations i think so you can consume them once your out (bundles of 50)
About the infusion, idk the limit, but you can infuse anything as long as they have a higher power than the one your gonna infuse it with (i think the rarity doesnt matter)

Where did it say the commendations thing? Source? Link? Time frame in the Twitch stream?

They said it on the update, just search where theyre taking about the vanguard and crucible marks then scroll down.
