Second -- I've always been of the opinion that the upcoming nerf of the most prized weapon was going to be huge because Bungie chose not to give us the same level of detail regarding this weapon as they did all the others. [/spoiler] For at least some Guardians, the Gjallarhorn offered today by Xur was free. How? The timing could not have been better. And frankly I say everyone should have a taste of what the "big deal" was surrounding Gjallarhorn before the next weapons rebalance drops. As I've said elsewhere, all that matters now is my level of enjoyment/entertainment by the game. Whether some random person I don't know and will likely never meet had an easier path to travel takes NOTHING away from level of enjoyment/entertainment. This is a game, not the job or a labor union. Stop measuring your successes based on the accomplishments of others.
