Vanquisher - NM Autorifle
Lord High Fixer - Handcannon
Prudence II - NM Autorifle
Hopscotch Pilgrim - you probably know, it's been everywhere
Ghost Angel - Chest and Boots
Arctic Proxy Shader
Original Red Hand IX
* I don't know if these items are rare. I haven't seen any since HoW can out apart from the odd hopscotch in crucible.

The first three in your list occasionally drop from Dragon strikes thus also PoE 28 as they share the same loot pool.

Are you sure that Lord High Fixer drops in Dragons strikes? Are you really sure?

So you can get Lord High Fixer which is an incredibly rare weapon not available on Dragon, the Vanquisher, another rare weapon which is also unavailable on dragon strikes and a Prudence II which is also unavailable on dragon strikes on dragons strikes. Fascinating.
