After months of only being able to log in on the second attempt of trying I finally found out how to stop it! Turns out it was a 'MTU' issue: http://www.dualshockers.com/2014/12/29/ps4s-temporary-mtu-1473-fix-to-access-the-psn-made-official-by-sony/ So Ye I followed what it said Mine was set at ' 1500' changed it to '1473' and was on instantly! Swapped characters and everything. Hope this helps anyone who is sick to death of waiting around to log in or just swap characters!
