Good base stats with the ability to roll perks you like.
I have both the messenger and the pilgrim and I'd stick with the messenger, because in the end that's why people want it.

Yeah... I want it to be a Messenger for now, but I can't wait to get the Messenger so I can re-roll it to be a different animal and have another tool in the chest.
