I'm am truly sorry for using this sniper with this perk, but I honestly believe this sniper is the only way I will be able to learn how to snipe. I refuse to use shoties and sidearms don't hit their target half the time, so this is what it has come down to. I'm am tired of not contributing in Trials, so I am dead-set on getting gud with a sniper. But, after I get used to sniping, I will switch to my Afrideets Spear without this perk. In the meantime, don't hate me.
