Idk off the top of my head but I don't think it's to high for where I'm at in the game because I haven't really done any grinding. I think it's just nobody plays it anymore, at least not when I'm on.

Are you on last gen? Or do you get on at midnight or something? Maybe try restarting your internet, worked for me on several occasions.
