I'm from Sweden also and I had the same trouble. But I found the reason. When I bought the expansions I bought the "Expansion Pass", witch worked perfectly. BUT It only marked the first DLC "The Dark Below" as "Purchased" in PSN Store. The other DLC "House Of Wolfs" was marked as "FREE". This makes the new DLC "The Taken Kings" NOT show up on PSN Store. For it to show up you need to go into PSN Store and download the DLC that is marked as "FREE", after that the new DLC "The Taken Kings" will show up for Purchase. Hope this helps! (Se till att båda DLC:erna står som köpta, annars dyker inte den nya DLC'n upp i listan.)

If you are on PS4 try going onto PSN and searching DLC. In UK it doesn't show under games, but it does in DLC.

Yeah, I was also wondering about that since none of the regions say Sweden and every other place is just selling the other versions. I talked to the people at gamestop and they said that either or both psn and bungie's official store will come with new options such as the digital download when time comes by. Hopefully before launch..
