Titans ghost just made me ruin myself

My epic fail was I was Playing a raid with broskian on crota end got to point when you get sword & cross bridge the bridge started to disappear by the end and I had to jump but I did not jump but did a sword Slam through the bridge...... Epic as it was also being watched by hundreds of people. Lol for days
