Guys - if you are getting red connection or strict under your network option, then please perform port forwarding. Initial steps are Assign manual IP for your device(PS or XBOX) Then address to your router page - usually 192.168.1.1 but it may be different depending on your network provider. Type the router address in your web browser. It will ask for ID and password(again some doesn't depending on your network provider or setup) Look up appropriate ports for example for xbox ports that need to be forwarded are Ports 53 Port 80 Port 88 Port 1863 and Port 3074 Please do confirm the number of ports on xbox and ps support site. On your router, go to Advanced Settings --> Firewall --> Port Forwarding.(may differ based on network provider) Add appropriate prots. For step by step instructions, you can just use google or go to this site http://portforward.com/ Trust me, it will improve your as well as others gaming experience. Your nat should always be open if you have decent speed on it. I have 100Mbps and it used to be moderate before. with that speed, it should never be moderate unless there is an issue going on with my service provider. Verizon is pretty good in that case.
