Pretty sure RNG is weighted in any game ever that deals with rng, some items are going to have a lower drop chance compared to other items. Your argument doesn't really make sense. Go play an actual mmo game and then come back to destiny and you'll realize that the rng in Destiny is way better than you think it is.
