So i have a player that was in my clan and he now is harrassing my clan members and cursing everyone out. We banned him before and he said he got hacked, we let him back in and he did it all over again. I banned him but i want destiny to look into the group chats to see what he is saying and ban him from destiny. How do i do this or start the process with destiny or psn.
