What does the community think of the idea of making shotguns primary weapons and introducing more sidearms to fill the gap? No one wants their shotgun nerfed, and the way they're used in crucible it seems like no one would mind if they were primary weapons. This way they can keep their range. And some people might complain about shotty snipes but this limits tthem to close range and long range, and at long range their mobility is limited. I think it might work out but what do the rest of you think.
