Hi I'm founder of a clan and have added members by going to their profile using the 'invite to group' option and all have been fine except one friends profile page. When on his page he does not have the options of ' follow', 'message' or 'interact'. He also doesn't have a player number under his name therefore I can't get him into the clan. Does anyone know why this is. Does he need to verify his account or change a particular setting?
